        智能电表iPM

        能够在15分钟或30次注塑便能测出注射机的周期电耗,不假人手,使iPM变成一个用调注塑参数来优化能耗的工具。除了整机电耗,料筒电耗也同时计算出来,可以分析加热的能耗,与温度设定的影响。动作时间分析到百分之一秒,故也能优化周期时间。注射曲线与开闭模的曲线都可以画出来,并作记录。外围设备、吹瓶机、挤出机也适用。

        Intelligent Power Meter iPM

        Getting an energy consumption result in 15 minutes or 30 shots automatically lets iPM become a tool to optimize injection parameters for energy saving, other than recording kWh/h, kWh/50 shots and kWh/kg of parts produced. The effect of temperature setting on heater energy consumption can be displayed. Motion times up to 0.01 s are measured so cycle time can be optimized. Injection curve and mould opening/closing speed curves can be drawn. Peripherals, blow moulding machines and extruders can use iPM too.

                           

                  

                            TMD50-S 双物料小型注塑机

        相隔200 mm并排的两个料筒,配合转盘或转芯,与双物料模具,便能生产小型的双物料产品。50吨的锁模力,四柱空间达480 mm x 370 mm,最大模厚350/450 mm,螺杆直径从25 mm38 mm不等。

        双物料机可以免去喷涂工序,也能生产活动铰,做模内组装等,是节省人手的一种做法。一台机也可以用两个单物料模具来生产。

         

        TMD50-S 2-component injection moulding machine

        Two parallel barrels 200 mm apart, matched with a rotary table or indexing core, and a 2-component mould, 2-component parts could be made. With a 50-ton clamping force, the tiebar clearance is up to 480 mm x 370 mm, the maximum mould height is 450/350 mm, screw diameter is from 25 mm to 38 mm.

        2-component moulding could be a replacement for spray painting, can make a moveable joint, or do in-mould assembly, all are designed to replace manual labour. Two standard moulds could be mounted to do production too.

                     

          MA21-M小型精密注塑机

        MA21-M是专为微型产品量身定做的,高的注射速度达428 mm/s。可以制造包括镜头外框的智能手机零件。

        锁模装置采用锁模力均匀的两缸直压设计,两柱空间和开模行程均为270mm,能容250 mm 宽的模具。

        注射装置有3种螺杆16 mm、18 mm、20 mm可选配,最小注射重量是11 g。采用MOOG伺服阀配FUDA电脑运行RT Linux实时操作系统,实现闭环高精度注射。

         

        Compact precision MA21-M injection moulding machine

        MA21-M is designed to make micro parts including lens frames in Smartphones. It has an injection speed up to 428 mm/s.

        The clamping unit uses direct hydraulics to provide even clamping force. Clearance between tiebars and opening stroke are both at 270 mm to take a 250 mm wide mould.

        The injection unit has 3 choices of screw at 16 mm, 18 mm (standard) and 20 mm. The smallest shot weight is 11 g. A Moog valve controlled by Fuda controller running RT Linux real-time operating system implements closed loop precision injection.
